A very prominent Pastor in my ministry denomination passed away suddenly. I was talking about it with my family saying, “That’s too bad.” My oldest daughter reminded me, “But Dad, it’s good for him. He’s up there in heaven high fiving with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” (It’s funny how my words to her come back to me.) I responded, “Oh, I know that. I was just sad that we lost another good warrior down here. We need every one we can get.”
And I really want to talk about heaven. And how it’s just ever so close to all of us who believe. I mean, we are really already all there when you think about it.
